Ordering
Yes, we offer free samples and no MOQ for standard products. But we have MOQ for customized products. MOQ varies depending on the product. E.g., for customized golf, the MOQ is 500.
We have a 3 or 5 years warranty for different products. During the warranty period, if customers have the proof showing product quality issue and certified by our engineers, we will request customers to ship back the failure parts and replace new items with free shipping.
Yes, We have gained a lot of experience on OEM and ODM of the product. We have an experienced R&D team of 20+ members. We will strictly follow the principle that we won’t disclose or sell customer’s unique designs or jointly developed products to another third party.
Usually, we ship orders in 2 weeks. But it will take a little longer if we have the heavy burden of production tasks. It also takes more time for customized products.
We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT.It usually takes 3-7 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping is also optional.
Email order details to our sales department,including items model number, quantity, consignee’s contact information including detail address and phone fax number and email address, notify party, etc. Then our sales representative will contact you within 1 working day.
